Terms of Service

Last updated: 21 October 2026

By creating an account or using the API you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Service provider

The Routix service is provided by Máximo Jack Cervantes Robson, tax ID (NIF) 78845372S, with address at C. Eslovenia 1, 5 — 35580 Playa Blanca, Yaiza, Las Palmas, Spain. Contact: [email protected].

2. The service

Routix provides a single access point, compatible with the OpenAI API format, which forwards requests to language models operated by third parties. We neither own nor operate those models and we do not guarantee their availability, accuracy or continuity.

The service operates on a pay-as-you-go model: you prepay a balance and each API request is charged at the published rate. Features, limits and the model catalogue may change or be withdrawn without notice.

3. Eligibility and account

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract to use Routix. Access is via Google or GitHub: you are responsible for the security of those accounts, since whoever controls them controls your Routix account.

The information you provide must be accurate and kept up to date. One account per person or entity.

4. API keys

Keys are shown once when created and stored only as a cryptographic hash: a lost key cannot be recovered. Treat them like passwords, keep them server-side, and never include them in client code or public repositories.

You are responsible for all activity carried out with your keys, including activity by others if you expose them. You may revoke them at any time from the dashboard.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use Routix to:

Breach of these rules entitles us to suspend or cancel the account immediately and without notice.

6. Third-party models and upstream terms

Your requests are forwarded to model providers, which currently include Google (Gemini), Zhipu AI (GLM) and others. Each provider has its own acceptable-use policy which applies in addition to ours. If a provider rejects a request or returns an error, we relay a generic error and are not obliged to explain the reason for the rejection.

Content you send may leave the European Economic Area. See section 5 of the Privacy Policy.

7. Your content

You retain all rights in the prompts you send and the responses you receive. You grant us only the authorisation needed to transmit the request to the provider and return the result. We claim no further licence over your content.

You are responsible for having a sufficient legal basis to send whatever you send, including third parties' personal data. If you process third-party data you must enter into a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR.

8. No guarantee as to output

Models may produce incorrect, fabricated or biased information. Output does not constitute legal, medical, financial or any other professional advice. Do not make material decisions on the basis of it alone without independent verification.

9. Availability and limits

No service level is guaranteed. The service is provided “as is”, may be interrupted for maintenance or because of failures at external providers, and may be discontinued. Request limits apply and may change.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss, loss of profit or loss of data arising from use of the service. As the service is free of charge, our total liability to you is limited to the amount actually paid, which is zero.

Nothing in this clause excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, in particular liability arising from wilful misconduct or gross negligence, nor any rights granted to you by consumer protection law.

11. Changes

We may amend these terms. Material changes will be notified with reasonable notice by a notice on the website or by email. Use of the service after they take effect means you accept them.

12. Cancellation and termination

You may stop using Routix at any time and request deletion of your account. We may suspend or cancel an account that breaches these terms. In either case keys stop working immediately.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes concerning their interpretation or performance fall to the courts of the user's domicile where the user is a consumer, and to the courts of Arrecife (Las Palmas) in all other cases.

If you reside in the European Union you may use the European online dispute resolution platform. We would nonetheless encourage you to write to us first at [email protected] — most issues are resolved that way.

14. Balance, top-ups and refunds

Routix works with a prepaid balance. Top-ups are made through Whop, Inc., which processes the payment; Routix does not receive or store your card details. Each top-up is credited in US dollars and each API request is charged at the published price of the model used.

Top-up bonus: for each top-up you pay the amount shown at checkout (between US$5 and US$500) and receive a credit of 25% more than the amount paid (for example, you pay US$10 and receive US$12.50). The bonus credit is part of your balance, is subject to the same usage rules and is not withdrawable in cash. The bonus may be withdrawn, changed or ended at any time for future top-ups; top-ups already completed keep the bonus shown at checkout.

Promotional coupons: Routix may issue promotional coupon codes that grant free token allowances for specific models. Each coupon specifies the number of tokens and which models they apply to. Free tokens are consumed before your paid balance. Coupon terms (redemption limits, expiration, eligible models) are determined at issuance and may vary. Coupons have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged.

Unused balance does not expire.

Refunds are available within 14 days of a top-up and only for balance not yet used for API consumption. Once part of a top-up has been spent on API usage, that part is not refundable. Refund requests are sent to [email protected].

15. Severability

If any clause is held void or unenforceable, the remainder stays in force and the affected clause will be interpreted as closely as possible to the original intent.
